JIUNAI
  • We offer several stainless steel countertop constructions, including a 10 mm solid stainless steel countertop with a scratch-resistant surface, a one-piece precision steel countertop with nano silver ion integration for antibacterial performance, and an ultra-thin filled stainless steel plate in a range of decorative finishes. Integrated seamless welded sink and countertop units are available, where the sink and countertop are welded from the same material so there is no joint line and no silicone seal to fail. Countertops in quartz, sintered stone, and other materials can also be supplied where the design calls for them.

  • Stainless steel is formaldehyde-free, moisture-resistant, corrosion-resistant, water and stain resistant, heat resistant, and scratch-resistant, with a service life that considerably exceeds wood-based panels. Wood-based panels are lower in initial cost, but are vulnerable to swelling at edges, water damage around sinks, and long-term adhesive breakdown. For kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor applications, stainless steel is the more durable specification.

  • Yes. Stainless steel contains no formaldehyde and requires no adhesive bonding in the carcass structure. Conventional wood-based panels — plywood, particleboard, and fibreboard — are bound with chemical adhesives that continue to release formaldehyde over time; in some cases this can take up to 15 years to fully dissipate. Stainless steel avoids this entirely, which makes it suitable for food contact areas and for clients with chemical sensitivity.

  • An aluminium honeycomb core has a high-density, uniformly repeating cellular structure. Load is distributed evenly across the panel rather than concentrating at fixing points, which gives the panel high rigidity at low weight. The result is a door that stays flat, closes consistently, and does not bow in humid or hot conditions.

  • Door panels are 18 mm thick. They are built as a sandwich: an outer skin of 304 stainless steel, an inner skin of 304 stainless steel in a raindrop texture, and an aerospace-grade aluminium honeycomb core between them. Outer skin thickness varies by series, from approximately 0.45 mm to 0.7 mm. The construction produces a flat, rigid panel that resists warping and holds its alignment over time.

  • All carcass and door panel base material is 304 stainless steel. Grade 304 — also known as 18/8 stainless steel — carries the Chinese GB designation 06Cr19Ni10 and a density of 7.93 g/cm³. SUS304 refers to the same grade produced to Japanese Industrial Standards. Because of its corrosion resistance and hygienic performance, 304 is the standard material for tableware, medical equipment, and food processing applications. It is the appropriate grade for kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor environments.

  • The process runs in five steps: you send us your kitchen layout, dimensions, or architectural drawings; our design team produces 2D and 3D drawings for your review; we agree the specification and finalise the quotation; you approve the workshop drawings; and production begins. Quotations are based on confirmed drawings, not on estimates.

  • Yes. We work with buyers who need products manufactured to their own specifications and supplied under their own brand. We can support custom dimensions, finishes, colours, hardware selection, and packaging. Technical drawings in DWG, PDF, or CAD format are welcome, and our engineering team will work from your sketches, photographs, or architectural drawings.

  • Both, through different channels. In China, JIUNAI is sold through more than 1,500 retail outlets. Internationally, we supply importers, distributors, kitchen and joinery specialists, builders, and project developers, and we support OEM and ODM programmes.

  • Our manufacturing base is in Heshan, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, covering more than 150,000 square meters. Our marketing and design centre is located in Shunde, Foshan — one of China’s principal home furnishing industry hubs. The base runs six production lines built to German Industry 4.0 standards, with equipment from IMA Schelling (Austria) and HOMAG (Germany), operated by more than 600 production technicians and engineers.
